Prvosenka Vialova (Primula vialii)

Vial's primrose is an unusual perennial with attractive two-tone inflorescences resembling small torches. The red buds gradually open into purple flowers, creating a very decorative effect. It thrives best in humus-rich, constantly slightly moist soil in a sunny to semi-shady location.
